Auntie Carmen’s is a vegan-organic farm located in the South Kona District of Hawai’i Island. We feature Estate Grown 100% Kona coffee, roasted to order, as well as specialty avocados, citrus, heirloom vegetables, and herbs. Auntie Carmen’s uses our farm-produced compost as fertilizer for our garden beds, with an emphasis on creating sustainability through a tropical permaculture model elsewhere on the farm. We also maintain a small-scale bird sanctuary for ducks rescued from meat production, and three sweet jungle fowl hens. Currently in the planning stage are a mushroom lab, permanent greenhouses, and expansion of our vegetable production.
