Description
The Stanford Inn is a vegan eco resort on the Northern coast of California in Mendocino. Started in 1985 by Jeff and Joan Stanford, the 1 acre veganic garden is tended to using biointensive methods and produces food and flowers for the Inn’s vegan restaurant.
